Cajeta Swirled Goat Cheese

It’s especially hard to describe robust earthy and tart flavour to goat cheese that makes it one of the most interesting and hard-to-resist cheeses. It’s the perfect level of savoury that when married with the right kind of sweet – like our artisanal ice cream base, makes for a full, creamy and complex delicious flavour.

We’ve taken it one step further and swirled in generous amounts of Cajeta, a famous Mexican type of dulce de leche which is made entirely with goat’s milk.
