Double Baked Apple Pie

A deeply caramelized brown butter base, copious amounts of apple pie pieces and crunchy, toasty, cinnamon-y oat streusel. The delectable apple pie pieces are made in-house with a cinnamon crust and apple pie filling. Double baked, double tasty.

Cajeta Swirled Goat Cheese

Earthy, tart and firm-bodied goat cheese, swirled with cajeta - dulce de leche made from goat’s milk).

A balance of sweet and savory, resembling a caramel cheesecake. This flavour is The GOAT.

Lemon Curd Blueberry

Nothing says fresh, bright, crisp summers like a lemon pie. To take that house made lemon curd and put it in ice cream is just right. Even better would be to pair it with a blend of house-made wild blueberry jam, well that would be something - something delicious.

A tart and floral cherry blossom ice cream made with Sour Morello Cherry Puree, real cherry pieces and a Belgian Ruby Chocolate stracciatella ripple. This flavour is as tasty as it is pretty!

Roasted White Chocolate²

Belgium White Chocolate is oven roasted until it is toasty and caramelized. The Maillard Reaction is held in high regard here. A house made Stracciatella with Blonde Chocolate is rippled throughout to give a harmony of roasted white chocolate in each bite.

Supercrema Hazelnut Chocolate

Hazelnut forward flavour supported with chocolate notes. Smooth and intensely nutty with the perfect blend of chocolates. It is undeniable chocolate and hazelnut.

Cherry Rose Cheesecake

Starting with a velvety New York Style cheesecake ice cream as our canvas, we paint with cherry and a touch of rose. Finish with loads of toasted and crunchy graham cracker pieces with a kiss of cinnamon and we’ve got a masterpiece.

The coffee you have the most is the coffee in the office. We’re no different so we made sure our office coffee is some of the best around. We thought “how can we make this into an ice cream?” So literally took our office coffee and made it into a delicious coffee ice cream!

West Coast Salted Caramel

We make our own caramel using a simple but clever caramel recipe. We then add one of the best sea salts in Canada – a Maple Smoke Sea Salt which perfectly finishes the ice cream with subtle maple and smoke notes

Strawberry Blush

A fresh strawberry jam is made in-house with a dash of balsamic glaze to bring out the tart and acidity of fresh strawberries. They’re all blended together and the result is a comforting fresh strawberry ice cream with a gorgeous blush colour.

Maple Pecan Crunch

Deep maple flavour extracted from a generous amount of real 100% Ontario maple syrup is added into a thick base of ice cream. Mexican pecans are salted and toasted in small batches and made into a crunchy salted brittle.

A flavour so ubiquitous that its original name, Bastani, simply means ‘ice cream’. A flavour made with one of the most expensive essences – rose, only to be topped with an even more expensive spice – saffron.
