Lemon Curd Bluberry

Nothing says fresh, bright, crisp summers like lemon curd from a lemon pie. To take that house made lemon curd and put it in ice cream is just right. Even better would be to pair it with a blend of house-made wild blueberry jam, well that would be something. Something delicious.
