West Coast Salted Caramel

Caramel has the special property of being one of the ‘classic 4’ ice cream flavours and being able to be made so much better when salt is added to it. We make our own caramel using a simple but clever caramel recipe and then add it to the base until the perfect caramel flavour comes out.

We then add one of the best sea salts in Canada – a Maple Smoke Sea Salt, which perfectly finishes the ice cream with subtle maple and smoke notes.
